Hi Andrea, I wanted to thank you again for arranging for Sarah to stay at our house. We returned late Saturday night and everything was in great shape–the dogs were happy and the house was clean. The few times I texted Sarah to check in she was quick to respond, which I really appreciated. We would definitely be happy to have her stay again during our next trip (no plans at the moment though).

I have been using Creature Comforts for well over a year – they have been wonderful! They have shown up every single time – regardless of the weather or other circumstances. My dog loves their walkers.
I work a long day, but can leave in the morning with no stress over my dog. I know Tizzy will get her walk and exercise -and that it comes with loving attention.
I also wanted to let you know that Sarah has been awesome. Tasha is not the easiest dog (old, blind and deaf!) but Sarah not only takes it in stride, she seems to really enjoy her time with Tash. It’s been working out great and we are very glad to be working with you guys.
Andrea, I have to say that you really do have a wonderful service. In the past, we used (just occasionally, for our old dog who died) a Bala Cynwyd pet sitting service. The difference with your service is that it doesn’t seem like you were ever there – you wipe paws, etc. With our very expensive Bala Cynwyd service that we had with our old dog, just the few times – maybe 20 that we used them over the years, you could ALWAYS tell that they were there – either because of their own tramping through the house or not wiping paws or for whatever reason – food spilled. The only way that I know you were ever in our house is because of the sweet note that you leave when you leave the house. It’s really a great thing.
Everyone at Creature Comforts is wonderful – organized, flexible, reliable, competent and very kind. I never worry about my pups when I’m away because I know they are both safe and happy. Thank you!
We have been using Creature Comforts Pet Sitting for many years, as needed, for our pets. Andrea or her pet sitters have always been professional and reliable and their love of animals is obvious. Recently, we have been taking our Jack Russell Terrier with us on our frequent trips to Maine but we have a large salt water aquarium that needs attention about every 3 days. Andrea has been wonderful taking care of the tank and the fish and invertebrates. Creature Comforts Pet Sitting works with your schedule and you can use the services either on a regular or intermittent basis as we do. Andrea is easy to reach by e-mail and we never have to worry about our pets when we entrust them to Andrea’s care. She graciously offers to do other tasks, such as taking in packages or the mail or watering the plants. Her business solidly deserves a 5 star rating!
Andrea, just wanted to thank you and Sarah for everything this weekend. I came home today and house was spotless. Sarah left a very nice note saying her and Scottie got along really well. Scottie seemed very happy. It means a lot to be able to know we can leave him in good hands with you guys. We’ll definitely be using you in the future for sleepovers. Creature Comforts has been a great addition to our family life. Has provided a needed service that provides great attention and caring to our pets and gives us a peace of mind with our own busy schedules. Having a “large breed” dog that needs to be handled in an authoratative but loving manner has never been a problem for any of the walkers. Very observant when there has been an issue that needed immediate attention- called and followed up with needed care.
Creature Comforts is convenient, cooperative, always efficient, and pleasant. When I forget to schedule, when there is an emergency, they are caring, and Andrea seems to always come through. Andrea and her team are a wonderful resource. They are always reliable, prompt and professional. When we do have to leave our doggie behind, it is comforting to know he is being well cared for. And we love the notes that our walker, Nikki, leaves behind on our doggie’s behavior.
I also have been meaning to drop you a note about how much we really like Stephanie. The boys are in love with her and she is so great with them. She is doing a wonderful job, has an incredible, loving personality and I am genuinely so happy when it is a park visit day for them so they get to spend time with her. Per Ginny’s request, just letting you know that I’m home now. Thanks for having Ginny look after Molly for me again while I was away – I can tell from the pics she takes of Molly and the notes she leaves that she really cares about Molly… and that Molly really enjoys her visits with Ginny! It really puts my mind at ease – especially at Molly’s advanced age and with her age-related health condition – knowing that Molly’s being looked after by someone who genuinely cares about her and loves her the way that I do.
